Take one tablet every day and let it dissolve slowly in the mouth.

The PB- VIRTM strain?
The PB- VIRTM strain is a naturally occurring and safe bacterial strain, belonging to the Bifidobacterium longum species; these are types of bacteria passed from mother to baby at birth. It was discovered by PrecisionBiotics® and has been the focus of research since 2010.
How many bacteria are in the product?
A single Alflorex® Immune tablet contains around 1 billion bacteria (or 1 x 109 bacterial cells). The number of bacteria in each capsule has been scientifically studied and chosen for optimal effectiveness. The dose in the tablet remains effective throughout its shelf life.
How do I take Immune?
Take one tablet daily and let it dissolve slowly in the mouth. We recommend you do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after taking an Immune tablet.
How much Vitamin D is in Immune?
Immune contains 400 international units of vitamin D (i.e. 10 μg cholecalciferol or vitamin D3), which is 200% of the nutrient reference value (NRV). NRVs are recommended levels for the nutritional intake of vitamins and minerals to prevent deficiency in an average healthy person.
Is Alflorex® Immune suitable for vegans?
Due to the manufacturing process of the Vitamin D contained in Alflorex® Immune, the product is not suitable for those following a vegan diet.
Does the product remain effective long term?
The unique PB- VIRTM strain in Alflorex® Immune was discovered and developed by PrecisionBiotics® and has been scientifically studied in partnership with experts from a world-leading centre of research into the microbiome.
Whilst data from long term clinical studies are not available, the bacteria in PrecisionBiotics® Immune stay in your body only for as long as you continue to take them. After that, they will be naturally swept out by the body, which is why it is important to continue to take PrecisionBiotics® Immune every day on an ongoing basis, to keep your body primed.
