How quickly does Zenflore^® work?
Zenflore^® begins working immediately. The specially selected 1714™ strain in Zenflore^® should reach your gut in peak condition within a few hours of taking Zenflore^®. During the first two weeks, Zenflore^® will begin to gently prime the gut where it is needed. When taken every day, you can expect to feel the full effects of Zenflore^® within four to eight weeks.

There are no known adverse interactions of Zenflore^® with medicines. If you are prescribed antibiotics, it is best to take Zenflore^® at a different time of day from the antibiotics because the bacteria in Zenflore^® can be inactivated by antibiotics.

There are no known side effects of taking Zenflore^®. It is a food supplement containing bacteria belonging to a species that may be passed naturally from mother to baby at birth, and which may live naturally in the gut. The safety of the bacteria contained in Zenflore^® has been confirmed by research studies in humans. During the first few weeks of taking Zenflore^®, as the bacteria begin to gently prime the gut, some people may experience mild and temporary changes in their gut.

Can I travel with the product?
Yes, the special packaging for Zenflore^® capsules means that they can travel with you and still keep their qualities.

For best results, store Zenflore^® in the original container with the lid securely closed, at less than 25˚C.

Take one capsule every day. Zenflore^® can be taken with or without food, at any time of the day. We recommend taking it with water or milk or less acidic drinks e.g. soya, almond or rice milks. Fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage the 1714™ bacterial culture.

Do not exceed the stated dosage. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store below 25°C.
