Where do PrecisionBiotics deliver to?

Thank you for visiting We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. Our deliveries are with An Post.

Delivery charges:

Delivery costs will be added to the cost of your order. We offer free delivery on orders over €38. The cost of delivery will depend on the total cost of your ordered items and will automatically be added to the “Item Summary” section of the Payment Details page prior to you completing your order. The details of this offer will be specified when placing your order.

Delivery Method:
Standard Delivery: €6 (5 Working days)
Delivery on orders over €38: FREE (5 Working days)

Delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. We cannot give any guarantees as to the precise timing of a delivery. We do not take responsibility for delays once the products have been dispatched from our warehouse. Standard delivery cost may fluctuate on larger items or location. If an item’s standard delivery charge needs to be increased due to weight or end address, one of our staff members will contact you in advance of dispatch.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Terms:

    • We aim that any orders placed before 3pm weekdays will be dispatched to An Post the next day.
    • Orders received after 3pm weekdays will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.
    • We aim to dispatch orders received on Saturdays & Sundays on the following Monday via An Post. This will be Monday for orders received after 2pm on Fridays, or Tuesday if it’s a bank holiday.
    • Once an order has been made you should receive a confirmation email for your purchase (if you have not received this email please contact us to try resolve this issue).
    • Make sure to check your spam/junk folder to ensure you received the email.
    • Once your order has left our store you will receive an email that it is now with An Post and a link where you will be able to track your order with An Post.
    • Normally all products on our website are held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will advise you with the expected delivery time.

Help us avoid any further delays to your delivery:

    • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct (including postcode/Eircode) before paying for your order.
    • Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering online.

Do we deliver internationally?

At present, orders from only deliver within the Republic of Ireland. To order outside of Ireland please visit

Delayed orders:

Contact us if you have any queries or problems with your order or delivery. If your order is delayed by more than 21 days we will give you the option to cancel your order. Please email us if you wish to cancel your order.


Delivery terms:

Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we have no responsibility for any loss or damage arising as a result of the late delivery or non-delivery of products. No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.

You should check the content of each delivery promptly upon receipt. If you believe that items have been sent to you in error, you should contact us immediately at
